NNRC Announces New Member: Great Lakes Shorthand Reporters

The National Network Reporting Company (NNRC) is pleased to announce a new member in their national line up of court reporters: Great Lakes Shorthand Reporters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The court reporting firm will serve as the Grand Rapids’ area main court reporting resource—a major hub for the legal community in the state of Michigan.

To be accepted as a member of the NNRC, these firms undergo an intense vetting process that assures their quality, as the NNRC does not want to provide their clients with court reporting professionals who cannot deliver quality results. A potential member of the NNRC must have timely reporters whose transcripts are highly accurate and whose work is highly effective. It is this exclusivity that makes being a member of the NNRC such a high honor—the court reporting company is recognized across the world for being a top-tier legal resource.

The NNRC makes finding a legal professional I can trust absolutely painless,” Michael Tristan Petrone of Cooper City says. “Before, you have to sift through reviews and websites to find a court reporter that might be good. With the NNRC, you can be confident that no matter who you book, their service will be of the highest quality.”

Scheduling a service has never been easier. You can call, as one traditionally would do, or email, but for those on the go, they can use the NNRC’s mobile-friendly booking engine to schedule a service. Simply fill in information about the case, yourself, and press submit. It’s so easy, it can be done on your phone at the grocery store.

(West Palm Beach, Florida) December 11, 2018

Mark Shalloway—owner of West Palm Beach elder law firm, Shalloway & Shalloway— served as the presenter for the proclamation that declared November Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.  Shalloway presented the achievement alongside Mary M. Barnes, President and CEO of Alzheimer’s Community Care (ACC). This declaration was put in place in order to strive for greater awareness and education for the disease that causes monumental difficulties for not only thousands across Palm Beach County, but millions across the world.

Along with the proclamation, the members of Alzheimer’s Community Care pledged to the County Commissioners to preserve the wellbeing and advocate each of the individuals and families effected by the disease. For those in one of ACC’s specialized care and service centers, the staff at ACC pledge to continue keeping these elders’ lives happy and stimulated. The organization also vow to continue donating 92 cents for every dollar raised. Compared to many charitable organizations, this is a massive percentage of their funds.

Mark Shalloway’s long history of practice in the field of elder law, as well as the steps he takes to keep the community well-informed and protected from elder abuse makes role in the Proclamation Day perfectly placed.  For over 25 years, Shalloway and his elder law firm have served the West Palm Beach area through helping clients secure their Medicaid protection, veteran benefits, special needs trusts, and more.

“Mark Shalloway and his staff care more about the numbers they crunch or the amount of cases they book,” Brandon Bell of St. Louis Missouri says. “They care about the people, their problems, and finding them a solution.”
